Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind we offer a goodwill returns period of up to 30 days after delivery for all customers worldwide.


How to start a return

To request a return, please email us at codacraftsuk@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return, and we will provide the return address and full instructions.


Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and unmarked
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items (including bespoke stencils)
  • Sale items (unless they are faulty)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved.


Your right to cancel – UK & EU customers

If you are in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

We will refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery costs) once the goods are returned in acceptable condition. You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Returns from outside the UK and EU

If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU, our standard 30-day returns policy applies (unless otherwise required by local law). You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • When returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid further customs charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at codacraftsuk@gmail.com
