OVERVIEW
Welcome to Coda Crafts! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Coda Crafts. Coda Crafts operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Coda Crafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as your statutory rights under UK consumer law, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (the age of majority in the UK), or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Services.
When you use the Services (including browsing or making purchases), you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity carried out under your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, please note that colours or appearance may vary depending on your device and settings.
Hand-finished nature of our products: While most of our stencils are machine-cut, some finer details are completed by hand. This means that occasional small imperfections may be present as part of the charm of handmade products. These minor variations do not affect the usability or performance of the stencil and are not considered faults.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
We may update or discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Orders are only accepted once we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
You have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving the goods. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
We may refuse or cancel orders where necessary (for example, if payment is not authorised).
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
International buyers: If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by you. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing details. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Royal Mail, international carriers, or customs processing.
Risk of loss passes to you once goods are delivered.
If your order is delayed beyond 30 days (unless you agreed otherwise), you have the right to cancel under UK law and receive a refund.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services (including designs, text, images, trademarks and graphics) belongs to Coda Crafts or our licensors and is protected under UK intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and are subject to these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including any embedded third-party functionality). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access these materials or third party sites, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites, or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.
