Shipping policy

At Coda Crafts, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find details about how we ship, estimated delivery times, and important information for international customers.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
  • During busy periods (such as holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

  • All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or equivalent service).
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using tracked services where possible.
  • Delivery times vary by destination but are usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may be longer due to customs checks or local postal delays.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • International customers (outside the UK) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country.
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.
  • To avoid additional fees, please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal/courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather events)

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at codacraftsuk@gmail.com.
  • We will work with the courier to investigate. Please allow up to 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international) from the date of dispatch before a lost parcel claim can be processed.

Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
